Repairs were made to the box-valley which had significant holes in it. The rest of the roof was in reasonable condition and so repairs were not necessary.

When the roof was originally built, the water was meant to flow along the box-valley and down through the guttering, sadly, because of the state of the roof, much of the water did not even reach the guttering, but instead drained straight through the holes in the felt.
